Preserve a life story before it is lost
Interview-to-book storytelling
Heritage Chasers interviews your family member over Zoom, then turns that conversation into a short book and transcript so descendants can learn the story in their own time.
This service is designed for the people who want more than names and dates. It gives families a way to preserve personality, memories, and hard-earned history in a format that can be read, shared, and passed down.
01 — How it works
A simple process built around one good conversation
The goal is to make the experience easy for your family member while still capturing enough detail to create something meaningful for the next generation.
1. Start with a conversation
We begin with a short planning call so the right person, family line, and goals are clear before the interview is scheduled.
2. Record the Zoom interview
Heritage Chasers meets with your family member over Zoom and guides a thoughtful conversation that helps them tell their life story in their own words.
3. Shape the finished story
After the interview, the recording is turned into a short book that is easy for descendants to read, share, and keep.
02 — What they receive
What families receive at the end
The finished package includes both a polished story and the original words that made it possible, so the memory is preserved in more than one form.
Short book
A polished narrative version of the interview, organized into a keepsake that preserves the most meaningful parts of the story.
Interview transcript
A transcript of the original Zoom conversation so readers can return to the exact words, details, and voice of the person who was interviewed.
A family keepsake
The finished materials are designed to be shared with descendants as a lasting record of a life lived and remembered.
03 — Ready to talk about it?
